Apparently, and according to an unscrupulous source, post 4:20 PM on the twentieth day of the fourth month, the consumption of marijuana is a ritual procedure [not just a leisurely activity], and one ground deep into the culture of cannabis. Needless to say, I'm sure this attributed itself to much merriment amongst the denizens of our hedonistic, fun loving society...
