Though if he performs as brilliantly in his role as President of the United States, as he did as contender during his campaign, America shall be in safe hands. With 'Change', 'Hope' and 'Progress' on the agenda, Obama has a lot to live up to, now all I can really do is hope that he is as influential, innovative and fair as he has portrayed himself to be...

We'll definitely test the difference between a great campaign leader and a great presidential leader. But, at the end of the day, I feel in my gut that we can really only go up from here. If nothing else, I've never seen the kind of energy he's brought. It's bigger than a Shepard Fairey print. At the very least he has my twentysomething year old friends, who never cared about politics, watching the news, reading the papers, donating their status updates on Facebook...

EXACTLY! He's already done a shedload to even get me interested in politics in the first place. I think it goes deeper than colour, he's a just an incredibley influential man with an incredible passion, spirit and conviction.
